Processing Time

Each order is carefully hand-packed to ensure your artisan items arrive safely and beautifully.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience while we prepare your handmade gifts with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

We currently ship within the United States.
If you’d like to send a gift directly to someone, you can add their address at checkout and include a personal note in the order comments — we’ll handle it with a special touch.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at returns@trestlebridgegifts.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

International Shipping

At this time, Trestle Bridge Gifts ships only within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
