Refund Policy

At Trestle Bridge Gifts, every candle, soap, and butter is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your order as much as we loved making it!

Because many of our items are handmade and personal care products, we have to be mindful about returns — but we’ll always do our best to make things right if something isn’t perfect.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used soaps, candles, or body products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@trestlebridgegifts.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If your item needs to be returned to us for inspection, we’ll provide shipping instructions. In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to place a new order for any replacement items once your refund or credit has been processed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
